Preparation time: 50 minutes
- 1 derica (5 standard cups) rice
- Cooking oil
- 70g tinned tomato
- 4 sachets or equivalent of Poi-Poi Sauce
- Meat stock
- Shredded chicken (optional)
- Desired seasonings
- Parboil rice
- Fry onions and tinned tomato until onions are cooked then add the Poi-Poi Sauce
- Add meat stock, chicken, seasonings and rice.
- Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer until cooked.
